1. Eligibility & Registration
1. Eligibility & Registration
- Teams must consist of 3 members, all of whom must be enrolled in Varendra University.
- All contestants must carry a valid student identification card as proof of student status on the day of the contest.
- Login credentials will be provided before the contest and must not be shared outside the team.
2. Contest Environment
- The contest will be hosted exclusively on CoderOJ Online Judge.
- Each team will be allocated one computer. Personal laptops, keyboards, mice, and other smart devices (smartphones, watches, calculators) are strictly prohibited.
- Solutions can be submitted in C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Available tools include Sublime Text, and CodeBlocks.
- Teams may bring a printed code template (max 25 pages, single-sided) which will be verified before the contest.
3. During the Contest
- The main contest is scheduled for 4 hours.
- Teams may communicate only with their own members. Inter-team communication is grounds for immediate disqualification.
- Access is restricted to https://www.coderoj.com/ only, visiting other sites is prohibited.
4. Scoring & Ranking (ICPC Style)
- Teams must aim for the "Accepted" verdict, which means passing all test cases.
- Ranking is based on the most problems solved.
- Ties are broken by the lowest total penalty time.
- 20 minutes of penalty time is added for each rejected submission on a problem that is eventually solved.
- The rank list will be frozen during the last 60 minutes of the contest.
