CodeConnect Eligibility: Easy Version

CodeConnect is the ultimate active WhatsApp community for coders, which I created during my 2nd semester to connect and bring together the most active programmers. It’s also the name of my YouTube channel, where I create programming tutorials. To join the community, a participant must meet the following criteria:
  • Must be active and regular.
  • Must have solved at least 50 problems on Codeforces.
  • Must have participated in at least 5 contests on Codeforces.
CR wants to join the community. You are given two integers, X and Y, representing the number of problems he has solved and the number of contests he has participated in on Codeforces. Determine whether CR is eligible to join the CodeConnect community.

Note: You can also join our community if you are regular in competitive programming for the next 3 months and continue to stay active.
Input
A single line containing two space-separated integers X and Y — the number of problems solved and contests participated.
Constraint
\(0 <= X <= 10^4\)
\(0 <= Y <= 10^3\)
Output
Print "Yes" if CR can join the community, otherwise print "No".
